The warmth and heat;
the cool wind brushing.
The bright, blinding sun;
soft cheeks flushing.
Unaccustomed light;
eyes, hair fussing.
Naked limbs bared
and fabric rustling.
The solid concrete,
into lumbar thrusting.
Mowed green scent,
good and disgusting.
The calm and rhythmic
traffic rushing.
The silent and distant
endless bustling.

A Unity of Self
My truth and core under lock and key,
Hidden away so none can see.
The outward appearance, whom others view,
Shielding my soul from all that is new.
The image of the required state,
Changed and adapted to each fate.
A wide-eyed mystic of solid trust.
The release of evil, ruled by lust.
The ideal dream in light and dark,
My prince and post, too high a mark.
The piper of the innocent plays,
An echo of my former days.
Within this cage, so-called Protection,
My voice of reason shines through Reflection.
The one zany urge to alter the lives
of these and others who are unified.
A circle around me; of nine pull.
The creation of me; in ten full.
Hidden away so none can see.
The outward appearance, whom others view,
Shielding my soul from all that is new.
The image of the required state,
Changed and adapted to each fate.
A wide-eyed mystic of solid trust.
The release of evil, ruled by lust.
The ideal dream in light and dark,
My prince and post, too high a mark.
The piper of the innocent plays,
An echo of my former days.
Within this cage, so-called Protection,
My voice of reason shines through Reflection.
The one zany urge to alter the lives
of these and others who are unified.
A circle around me; of nine pull.
The creation of me; in ten full.
I Think
I thought I though a thought,
But the thought I thought, was not a thought.
So, the thought I thought I though, was naught.
I think?
